Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations made at least 12 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. One courtesy reschedule may be permitted when requested before the scheduled start time. No-shows are non-refundable.Late Arrivals
Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrival does not extend your session. Quick Read clients arriving more than 5 minutes late and Full Service clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may be considered a no-show.Rehearsal Track & Editor's Cut
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before work has begun. Once recording, editing, or other production work has started, the order is non-refundable.Monthly Rehearsal Track Subscription
Subscriptions are billed monthly and include up to 3 Rehearsal Tracks per billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Payments already made for the current billing period are non-refundable once production work has begun. Unused Rehearsal Tracks do not roll over to the next billing period and expire at the end of the applicable billing period.Audition Ally Cancellations
